As part of his continued development as a columnist and writer Xavier Kataquapit has produced hundreds of stories about Native issues, history, culture and traditions. His popular column Under The Northern Sky appears in Native and non Native publications across Canada. Much of his writing has had to do with his own experiences in Attawapiskat and the life of the James and Hudson Bay Cree. In answering a demand he also produced a collection of selected columns he wrote in the form of an audiobook CD titled, �Stories Of The Cree�. You can listen to �The Boys Of Summer� a story about the Attawapiskat Cree boys recruited by the Government Of Canada in the First World War.
